How do you go about picking a name for your baby? Here's a quick lesson in Baby Names 101, including some cautionary tales of what not to name your baby. So does your name have a story? Why did you choose your baby's name? Any name you hate? Please throw your two cents into our free for all comments section! And thanks for Jodi Bonjour at the mom tech review for the idea!

Another great site is the Social Security Administraion, which will give you the top 500 names for boys and girls over the last year. The link is http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/

Expecting our second child in August, and we won't share the name either.....that's crazy talk.

Wonderful site, by the by.

Couldn't help but notice a conversation about baby names. I'm a bn consultant over at Nymbler.com. It's a great tool to help expectant parents to choose a name or find some inpsiration.

Check it out and let us know what you think.

Well I'm not a parent unless you count kitties as official 'kids'; your video series just rocks -- I cackle every time. And your daughter has a great, lyrical name!
